Thank you for supporting Borlock! Sometimes there may be a delay or problem with donation rewards being delivered. Don’t worry — if this happens, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.
What to Do if You Didn’t Receive Your Items!
- Wait a few minutes.
- Most purchases are delivered automatically, but sometimes there’s a short delay.
- Check your inventory & ender chest.
- Some rewards may go straight into your inventory or storage.
- Confirm your username.
- Make sure you entered the correct Minecraft IGN when donating. If the name was misspelled, the items may not arrive.
- Open a support ticket.
- If you still haven’t received your items after waiting or typed in the wrong IGN, submit a ticket here:

- Please include:
- Your Minecraft username
- The item/package you purchased
- The approximate time of purchase
- Transaction ID

Important Notes
- Do not spam staff in-game about donation issues — use the support system so we can track and resolve it properly.
- All donations are logged, so our team can verify your purchase.
- Chargebacks (disputing payments without contacting support) will result in a permanent ban from the network.
