💳 Donation Shop Issues​


Thank you for supporting Borlock! Sometimes there may be a delay or problem with donation rewards being delivered. Don’t worry — if this happens, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.




📦 What to Do if You Didn’t Receive Your Items!​

  1. Wait a few minutes.
    • Most purchases are delivered automatically, but sometimes there’s a short delay.
  2. Check your inventory & ender chest.
    • Some rewards may go straight into your inventory or storage.
  3. Confirm your username.
    • Make sure you entered the correct Minecraft IGN when donating. If the name was misspelled, the items may not arrive.
  4. Open a support ticket.
    • If you still haven’t received your items after waiting or typed in the wrong IGN, submit a ticket here:

    • Please include:
    • Your Minecraft username
    • The item/package you purchased
    • The approximate time of purchase
    • Transaction ID



⚠️ Important Notes​

  • Do not spam staff in-game about donation issues — use the support system so we can track and resolve it properly.
  • All donations are logged, so our team can verify your purchase.
  • Chargebacks (disputing payments without contacting support) will result in a permanent ban from the network.
