🚨 Punishments in Borlock

To keep Borlock fair, fun, and enjoyable for everyone, punishments are in place for players who break the rules. Warnings, Bans, and Mutes are given based on severity and repeated behavior.

⚖️ General Punishment System

  • Warnings → Minor rule infractions (spam, light griefing, etc.) result in a warning.
  • Three Warnings → Equals a 1-week temporary ban.
  • After Returning → If the player breaks rules again, they receive a 1-month ban.
  • Final Chance → Any further serious infractions result in a permanent ban.

💬 Chat Abuse

Players who abuse chat (spamming, harassment, toxicity, advertising, etc.):
  1. First offenses = Warnings.
  2. 3 warnings for chat abuse = 1-week mute.
  3. Continued offenses = 1-month mute.
  4. Severe/repeated offenses = Permanent mute.

🛠️ Cheating & Bug Abuse

  • Cheating, hacking, or using unfair modifications = Permanent ban from the network.
  • Exploiting or abusing bugs = Permanent ban until an appeal is made.
  • Appeals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

⚡ Other Punishable Offenses

  • Griefing: Destroying or stealing inside someone else’s Realm = warnings, then bans.
  • Inappropriate Builds: Offensive or inappropriate builds = immediate removal and punishment.
  • Alt Accounts to Evade Punishment: Using an alternate account to bypass bans or mutes = all accounts permanently banned.
  • IRL Threats / Harassment: Zero tolerance — results in permanent ban.
  • Scamming in Market/Trades: Depending on severity, can result in Borite fines, realm penalties, or bans.

Borlock gives players chances to correct their behavior, but repeat offenders, cheaters, and abusers will be removed permanently.
